Being an avid backpacker - I have been to many of the most beautiful areas in California & beyond. However, over the years I have learned that there is SO much that is right in front of us to appreciate. Retreat for Nature Lovers is a place that teaches us to open our eyes & experience what is immediate rather than remote, what is close & dear rather than distant & potential. My wife & I literally spent hours of coffee sitting just outside the wonderful cabin under the canopy of pines sharing time with each other, listening to wildlife nearby, & indulging in an engaging conversation or two with Mr. Brad Kalita, the owner, as he casually made his way through the retreat during the day. Thank you for helping us experience.
